Set within the beautifully converted barn of Reach Court Farm, The Granary is one of five thoughtfully styled holiday homes on this historic private setting in St Margarets.   Each home has its own personality, but all share the same sense of peace, comfort, and connection to nature that make this such a special setting.     The Granary stands out for it’s soothing colour palette, exposed beams and inviting cottage style interiors – A perfect mix of rustic warmth and contemporary comfort.   Inside calming blues, natural textures and soft lighting create a space that instantly slows the pace.  The open-plan living area feels both airy and intimate, with comfortable sofas, smart TV and well equipped kitchen for relaxed evenings in.  The dining table at the heart of The Granary is perfect for slow breakfasts or quiet dinners.    The bedrooms are lights and spacious with crisp white linen, and countryside charm.  Horses graze just beyond the windows, birdsong fills the air and the landscape invites you to reconnect with the natural rhythm of nature.   In fact, the location is one of The Granary true delights.  Tucked away at the end of a long hedge-lined private road and located and set on a pristinely manicured private farm, it feels wonderfully removed from the rush of the world. Right from your lavender edged front door, footpaths lead straight into the rolling Kent countryside.  Wander the infamous White Cliffs, scenic walking routes to Dover and Deal or shingle cove at St Margarets Bay. The Granary offers the ideal space to unwind, recharge and reconnect. 

Ground Floor:  Front door leading to open plan living, dining and kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, large country style dining table seating 6,  two 3 seater sofas and smart TV. Window to the rear and windows to the front overlooking a manicured courtyard and outdoor seating. Door leading to double bedroom with side tables, wardrobe and open storage with door to ensuite shower room and windows to the rear overlooking horse fields.

 First Floor: Stairs to landing and doors to: Double bedroom with two side drawers, wardrobe and chest of drawers.  Velux window to front.  Twin bedroom with two single beds, side drawers, chest of drawers and wardrobe.  Velux windows to the rear. Bathroom with over bath shower.

Outside:  Private path to door (Third door on the left).  Step from pavement to front door.  Outdoor table with seating for The Granary and communal covered open barn with seating.  Stables and communal parking.  Communal laundry room.  

Other:  All Foreland Cottage’s properties come with linens and bath towels as standard.  Travel cots and highchairs available on request.  No baby gates available.
