The Barn is one of five beautifully styled holiday homes nestled within a striking converted Kentish barn at the historic and private Reach Court Farm estate. Thoughtfully decorated with a nod to its surroundings, The Barn offers generous space and a sense of peace, comfort, and connection to nature with horses grazing just beyond the window.  A light filled open-plan living area sits at The Barn’s heart, with comfy sofas inviting slow recharge evenings in.  Cook together in the fully equipped kitchen,  gather around the large dining table, or step outside to enjoy al fresco suppers on a sun trap patio beneath big valley skies.  At the end of the day, retreat to inviting spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds for a peaceful nights rest. Throughout The Barn, picture windows frame the surrounding fields and grazing horses.   In fact, the location is one of The Barn’s true delights.  Tucked away at the end of a long hedge-lined private road and set on a pristinely manicured private farm, you feel wonderfully removed from the rush of the world. Right from the lavender edged front door, footpaths lead straight into the rolling Kent countryside.  Wander the infamous White Cliffs, scenic walking routes to Dover and Deal or shingle cove at St Margarets Bay. The Barn is made for slow mornings, coastal exploring days and recharge nights. 

Ground Floor:  Front door leading to open plan living/dining room and kitchen including; two three seater sofas, smart TV and electric fire.  Windows to the front.  Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, and large country style dining table seating 6.  Window to the rear.  Door leading to double bedroom with side tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers and windows to the rear overlooking horse fields.  Door to ensuite shower room 

 First Floor: Stairs to landing and doors to: Double bedroom with two chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk.  Velux window to front.  Twin bedroom with two single beds, side table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.  Windows to the rear. Bathroom with over bath shower.

Outside: Private path to door. Step from pavement to front door.  Outdoor table with seating for The Barn and communal covered open barn with seating.  Stables and communal parking.  Communal laundry room.  

Other:  All Foreland Cottage’s properties come with linens and bath towels as standard.  Travel cots and highchairs available on request.  No baby gates available.
