From the street, Bluesea View looks exactly like what it is – a pretty coastal home directly opposite the beach and the sailing club. Step through the front door and the surprise begins! Four floors of beautifully considered space; A vast skylit kitchen that floods with light, a first floor dining room with panoramic sea views, a basement snug that teenagers will immediately claim as their own and a sunny garden with wall-to-wall patio doors. In addition, the bedroom layout is unique – One bedroom per floor and one bathroom per bedroom – meaning no queues, no compromise and no one on top of each other. Yet the house draws everyone back together around that enormous kitchen table when it matters.
The location is perfect. Walmer beach is directly outside. Hut 55 (with its beach yoga, bike hire and exceptional coffee) is a short morning stroll. The beachside café on Walmer Green is the morning ritual sorted from day one. Eva’s deli, The Lighthouse pub and Walmer Castle gardens are all in easy reach. Deal is twenty minutes along the coastal path. Kingsdown is in the other direction. Bluesea View sits perfectly between all of them.

Stairs up to Third Floor: Door to 3rd Bedroom with king bed, wardrobe, side tables and en-suite with shower, toilet and basin. Sea-views.
