Two minutes from Deal’s award-winning high street, a short stroll from the beach, overlooking green space and far, far quieter than its central location might lead you to expect – Napier Terrace is a beautifully decorated Georgian townhouse on one of Deal’s most characterful streets.

Spacious, light-filled and thoughtfully put together in a way that makes you immediately feel at home, Napier boasts an open-plan living and dining room with plush sofas, exposed brick fireplace and a large oval table that forms the generous heart of the house. A proper cook’s kitchen leads directly onto a fully enclosed rear garden with multiple spots to catch the sun. It’s bedroom set up means everyone fits comfortably; a king master and a twin on the first floor and a lower ground floor twin that is particularly well suited to teenagers or guests who like their own space. A full shower bathroom and a seperete toilet also means no one is left queuing! Outside of the wonderful home, Napier shouts ‘location, location, location’. Deal’s restaurants, galleries, independant shops, Saturday market and seafront are just minutes away on foot. The train station (direct high-speed service from London St Pancras in approximately 90 minutes) is five minutes’ walk, as is Deal’s long stay car park. Once you arrive, you won’t need a car.

There is no private parking at the property. A short-stay car park is on the same road and a long-stay car park is approximately five minutes’ walk away. Once you arrive in Deal, a car is not needed — everything is within easy walking distance.

Is Napier Terrace dog friendly?
Yes — well-behaved dogs are welcome at Napier. Deal beach is a short stroll away and the coastal path running north to Sandwich and south to Walmer and Kingsdown offers excellent dog walking from the front door.
