Mornings at Pebble Shore begin with wonderful sunrises directly opposite the house, casting warm light across the sea and Deal’s historic seafront. During the town’s famous Regatta Week and fireworks night, the cottage enjoys a true front-row seat, with celebrations unfolding across the water just beyond the beach. Step outside and the shoreline is quite literally on your doorstep. From early morning swims to sunset walks along Deal’s seafront, Pebble Shore places guests at the heart of one of the most charming seaside towns on the Kent coast.

Pebble Shore is an excellent family base — sleeping six across three bedrooms with multiple family spaces across the floors. Deal’s seafront, Deal Castle, Betteshanger Park and the Saturday market are all within easy reach. The beach is directly opposite for impromptu swims and beach days.
Where exactly is Pebble Shore?
Pebble Shore sits on Deal’s seafront directly opposite Deal Pier — one of the most enviable positions in the town. The beach is immediately outside, Deal’s independent high street and restaurants are a short stroll away and the coastal path running north to Sandwich and south to Walmer and Kingsdown starts from the front door.
What are the sea views like?
Sea views are available throughout the property and are particularly spectacular from the second floor room which looks directly out over Deal Pier and the Channel. On a clear day the view extends to the French coast.
